Jerry Dixon grew up on a small farm north of Amarillo Texas, where the challenges of farm life sparked creativity, imagination, and a sense of adventure. These early experiences inspired many of his stories. Blending a vivid imagination with real life experiences, he began writing tall tales from those events into the foundation for fictional stories. Eventually, a lifelong collection of story ideas filled notebooks and folders and sat filed away for 'another day.'  

 As marriage and faith in God stood tall, children grew, grandchildren came along and retirement gave opportunity. Suddenly, 'another day' has finally come! 

Mysteries, dragons, leaf mites, and fishing stories remind readers of morals and manners and wholesome imagination.

His desire in the autumn of his life is to raise moral standards within the family setting through humor and creative stories.
